This call recording feature is available on request.
Call recording of your leads helps to maintain quality. Its useful if you have sales staff answering calls. You are able to review how your staff handles inbound calls and recall conversations with past leads. This data is useful for quality assurance and training new staff members as well as increasing quality of existing staff.
All calls from the prior day are processed into your account where you can review filter and add notes to all previous calls.
This feature requires that you phone line notify inbound calls of the fact that you will be recording to the calls.
When enabled your Spark interface will have a new icon
This icon launches the recording interface for review of your lead recordings.
While listening to the leads you are able to view the lead details and add notes to the lead etc.
For multiple locations each lead is tagged with the location that the call went to as well as the phone number of the customer and name.
Filters are available so that you can filter by store/rep customer name and notes.
Recordings are available for 3 months before they are removed from the system.
